2019 is here! It doesn’t seem possible.
This is the time of year everyone makes their new year’s resolutions. Resolutions are not a modern tradition as it dates back to the Babylonians about 4000 years ago. During this time in history promises were made to pagan gods to repay debts and return borrowed objects.
Today’s resolutions tend to be more secular. People make personal resolutions to themselves for self-improvement, but, our track record is not too good. Of the 45% of Americans that make resolutions, only 8% succeed in achieving their goals. Are you making a resolution?
