The Class IV Laser uses laser energy to create a photochemical response, which helps to heal damaged or dysfunctional tissue. This treatment can alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and speed recovery from chronic and acute problems. Laser therapy is a drug-free, surgery-free way to improve function and mobility. Since the Class IV Laser was cleared by the FDA in 2003, many practitioners have been including laser therapy into their treatment protocols. Laser therapy has been endorsed by the following professional agencies: APTA (American Physical Therapy Association), WHO (World Health Organization), and IASP (International Association for the Study of Pain).
Turning Point Physical Therapy is excited to be offering the only Class IV Laser in the Rogue Valley. This modality can be added on to patient appointments or can be treated separately for $50 a visit. We also offer a punch card that costs $200 for 4 visits with the 5th visit free, which is a $10 savings per visit!
