Jane’s previous evaluation was a disappointment. She was diligent with her home program, but her numbers went down. But at her most recent evaluation appointment her numbers, all of them, shot through the roof.  What happened?

After her disappointing appointment, Jane went to speak with her physician who explained to Jane that to build muscle and strength she must eat one pound of protein a day. Wow, that’s a lot of protein. Jane began eating chicken, salmon, and Greek yogurt every day, a total of 16 oz, and increased all her numbers.

Michael Pennington is a physical therapist and the owner of Turning Point Physical Therapy, which is located in beautiful southern Oregon. He is a loving husband, father of six and a master of his trade. Before studying at Pacific University, Michael earned his Eagle Scout and served a full-time 2 year mission in south Africa. He is as accomplished as he is hard working. Al l of his experiences culminate together at his clinic and are evident in his patient care.
