Jane’s previous evaluation was a disappointment. She was diligent with her home program, but her numbers went down. But at her most recent evaluation appointment her numbers, all of them, shot through the roof. What happened?
After her disappointing appointment, Jane went to speak with her physician who explained to Jane that to build muscle and strength she must eat one pound of protein a day. Wow, that’s a lot of protein. Jane began eating chicken, salmon, and Greek yogurt every day, a total of 16 oz, and increased all her numbers.
